USPS First Class International tracking / delivery confirmation dropped for most countries

An update on the changes made by USPS to their First Class International postal service beginning on July 1st, 2020 (per the USPS):

Any country not listed above will no longer receive tracking nor electronic delivery confirmation on international orders using the USPS First Class International service as of July 1st, 2020.
