Ongoing USPS Delays - June 2024

Hi everyone,

There are currently nationwide USPS delivery delays and some tracking/scanning issues. These delays may affect the usual delivery times, and in some instances, tracking updates may not be immediately available. We understand the importance of timely deliveries and are committed to providing you with the best possible service. If you have an urgent order, please select a FedEx or UPS shipping service at checkout for the time being.

Regarding tracking: some orders may not receive origin scans, resulting in things such as the tracking saying; 'received, package acceptance pending' and then no further information. Some tracking may start or stop suddenly, etc. Packages are still making their way even with these issues, albeit with the delays.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience. Unfortunately, we have no control over things once packages are handed over to the carriers, but we are monitoring the situation and shipping orders as normal in a timely manner.
